Terms & Conditions

Prices quoted exclude VAT (Unless otherwise stated). Vat will be applied in you basket.

Delivery is also added in basket.

We use PayPal as our payment system, but you do not need an account. PayPal takes card payments for people who don’t have an account.

We shall use all reasonable endeavours to despatch the goods by the date agreed with you, but we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Goods should be examined immediately upon receipt and any discrepancy or damage notified to us within 48 hours.

With regard to non-delivery of the goods, you must notify us within 3 days of the date of the invoice.

If you do not receive all of the goods within 3 days of the date of delivery, you must notify us immediately.

We will accept return of goods, by prior arrangement, within 14 days.

You must pay for the goods to be returned.

We undertake to repair or replace free of charge, within reasonable period from the date of sale, any items supplied, which by common consent are shown to be defective in workmanship or material. No liability for consequential loss, damage or injury is accepted. Nor can we accept liability for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the purchaser or used consequent upon defect, breakage or other failure.

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process a +/-5% tolerance is required on all measurements given
