PRODUCT INFORMATION


  • What Finishes are available?

Finishes Available - Polished Brass, Shiny Chrome, Satin Chrome, Antique Brass, Antique Nickel, Bronze, White, Gold, Black Polished & Satin Nickel.

We also have finishes for knobs and handles for our Fasteners, Sash Handles & Sash Bars. These are only on various items.

  • Are they Lacquered or Non-Lacquered?

All our Ironmongery are Lacquered, if you would prefer Non-Lacquered there would be additional charges to remove the Lacquer. Please ring if you would like to discuss.

 

 

DELIVERY & RETURNS


  • When can I expect delivery?

If ordered before 2pm you will have next day delivery, depending on the area of your postcode there may be an additional charge or a 2-4 day service with DPD. Please see link to check if your postcode is listed:

  • Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we don't. We only deliver to the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
 
 
  • Can I return my items? Will there be a 20% re-stocking fee?
 
Yes, you can return your items but please note that there is a 20% re-stocking fee. This fee is unfortunately out of our hands, it will be taken off your refund. The fee will only occur if the items have been opened and not faulty. If there is a faulty product you will be fully refunded or have a replacement if requested.

  • When can I expect a refund?

 You should expect a refund on the day we recieve the returns. The refund will be sent back through to your method of payment, depending on your bank this could take 3-4 days to show. 
 
 
 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS


  • Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can. But depending on the price of the items that are being exchange we will issue a refund or request payment of the difference. 
 
 
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Debit and Credit Card payments through our Worldpay card system. This includes; Visa & Mastercard. If you would prefer to make a BACs payment instead; please let us know. We will send you an invoice along with our bank details. 

We unfortunately don't accept payments via American Express at this time. 
 
 
  • Can I apply for a Trade Account?
 
Unfortunately, we do not accept trade accounts. Orders must be purchased online.
