Delivery & Returns

Normally, orders received before 2pm will be sent out the same day. We use Parcelforce for delivery of your items. Usually items will be with you the following day, but we do not guarantee this.

Please see below if you are from the Scottish Highlands and Islands as the delivery with Parcelforce may take 2-3 days, any additional delivery charges will be based on the weight of parcel, you will be notified of this before we despatch items:

We shall use all reasonable endeavours to despatch the goods by the date agreed with you, but we do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Goods should be examined immediately upon receipt and any discrepancy or damage notified to us within 48 hours.

With regard to non-delivery of the goods, you must notify us within 3 days of the date of the invoice.

If you do not receive all of the goods within 3 days of the date of delivery, you must notify us immediately.

We will accept return of goods from you, only by prior arrangement, subject to a 20% restocking charge unless agreed otherwise.

Postage cost is non-refundable.

You must pay for the goods to be returned.

We undertake to repair or replace free of charge, within reasonable period from the date of sale, any items supplied, which by common consent are shown to be defective in workmanship or material. No liability for consequential loss, damage or injury is accepted. Nor can we accept liability for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the purchaser or used consequent upon defect, breakage or other failure.
